I obtain personal data from you yourself, for example the data you provide to me via my website, email, telephone and app. In addition, I can obtain your personal data from third parties in the context of my services.

Personal data
I process the following categories of personal data:

  • Name and address details
  • Contact details, such as email address and telephone numbers
  • Notes about history and business context
  • Content of communication

Purposes
I process this personal data for various purposes, such as:

  • Maintaining contact;
  • Good and efficient services;
  • Improvement of services;
  • Carrying out administrative actions;
  • Billing;
  • Collecting money and possibly taking collection measures;
  • Marketing;
  • Compliance with legal obligations;
  • The possible settlement of disputes.

Principles
I process certain personal data to implement the agreement we have closed, or to be able to comply with a legal obligation.

I also process personal data, because I have legitimate interests in this. These legitimate interests are:

  • Being able to provide my services in the best and most efficient manner possible;
  • Improving my services;
  • Protecting my financial interests;
  • Guaranteeing the continuity of my company.

If personal data are processed on the basis of permission, this will be requested separately.

Provision to third parties
I may exchange personal data in the context of my services. For the aforementioned purposes I can use third party services, such as consultants or trainers from my network. In this context, personal data are provided to these third parties. These third parties may only process your personal data for the aforementioned purposes.

Finally, your personal data can be provided to third parties if I have to comply with a legal obligation. I will not provide your information for commercial or charity purposes.

Transfer of your data outside the EEA
Your data may be stored by third parties outside the EEA when using Office 365, Google Analytics or LinkedIn in contacting you. These parties are certified “EU-US Privacy Shield”, so that they will comply with European privacy regulations. The EEA is the European Economic Area, made up of the countries of the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland.

How long I keep your data
I will not process your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes I have mentioned in this privacy statement. This means that your personal data is kept for as long as it is necessary to achieve the relevant goals. Certain data should be kept longer, because I have to comply with legal retention obligations, such as the tax retention obligation.

How I protect your data
I find it most important that your personal data is protected against loss or unauthorized access to your personal data. That is why I have taken appropriate security measures.

Your rights
You have the right to request to inspect your personal data. After receiving your request, you will receive an overview of your personal data within a month. If this overview shows inaccuracies, you can request that your data be amended, supplemented, removed or protected.

You can also request me to transfer your personal data or you can object to the processing of your personal data due to special personal circumstances.

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data by me, please let me know. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you have the right to file a complaint with the privacy supervisor, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority for this.

Antonie Reichling can amend this privacy statement. New versions are always published on the website. We therefore recommend that you consult this statement regularly so that you are kept informed of changes.
