As a small supplier to global players, it was necessary to act with all offices and nationalities in a uniformed fashion; however, internal differences were far too vast.
In just a few days, Antonie Reichling took the employees from four countries – each of whom was involved with the projects – on a search for the similarities and differences in their approach, taking examples from the general principles of project management.
