Antonie Reichling supported small groups of officials in clearly defining their position, contribution and relations with their environment. He made them aware that the choice between a role as victim or as initiator was theirs.
With enthusiasm and conviction the officials set to work to develop the most meaningful interpretation of their position in cooperation with their environment. The officials thereupon no longer accepted to have their lives lived for them, but assumed responsibility themselves.
